Transition to UPS for Shipping Services Effective June 1, 2026

To resolve recent mailing issues and ensure our deliveries are as timely and reliable as possible, beginning June 1, 2026, the SAFE Payment Program's preferred shipping vendor for PERK shipping labels will transition from USPS to UPS.

The following requirements will help ensure a smooth transition and keep our shipments running right on schedule:

Labeling Requirements:

  • Secure Attachment: Labels must be placed inside a shipping pouch or printed directly onto an adhesive label. Labels must not be printed on regular paper and taped onto packaging, as tape can easily separate from packages during transit.
  • Complimentary Supplies: Shipping pouches and adhesive labels are available at no charge on the UPS Order Supplies Page.

Service Benefit:

  • Guaranteed Delivery: UPS guarantees next-day delivery for all shipments traveling up to 200 miles.
